Montana’s real estate market is as vast and varied as its legendary landscapes. From sweeping ranches and recreational retreats to vibrant commercial hubs and one-of-a-kind dream homes, navigating this terrain requires more than just a license—it often demands a deep understanding of the land and local dynamics.

That’s where Mark Twite stands out. Born and raised in Missoula, Mark is a third-generation Montanan and a father who enjoys the Montana lifestyle—hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, golfing, and soaking up every ounce of what Big Sky Country offers. With over 30 years in real estate, Mark’s expertise is rooted in a foundation laid by his family’s 70+ years in Montana property markets. This legacy means he has developed a strong familiarity with the codes, the communities, and the unique factors that drive value across the state.

Montana’s real estate scene has transformed dramatically in recent years. Remote work, lifestyle shifts, and out-of-state interests have contributed to demand for everything from secluded land parcels to bustling commercial spaces. But with opportunity comes complexity—zoning laws, water and mineral rights, conservation easements, and evolving regulations can sometimes turn a simple deal into a maze.

Mark’s approach is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of these nuances. Having built custom homes in the Missoula area before the digital age, he’s witnessed the market evolve firsthand. Whether you’re buying your first home, investing in commercial property, or searching for that perfect recreational getaway, Mark’s extensive insight can help you make a well-informed decision, so you’re not just making a transaction—you’re making choices that are likely to benefit you in the long run.

Born and raised in Missoula, I’m a third-generation Montanan. Father to two teenagers. We hunt, fish, hike, camp, golf, and take in every ounce of what Montana has to offer. I’ve been in real estate since before computers were widely used. In a previous chapter of my career, I built custom homes in the Missoula area. So, regardless of whether it’s recreational, residential, ranch, commercial, or that one-of-a-kind dream home, I can help make it happen.

Mark’s philosophy is simple: “When You Want it Done Right, CALL TWITE!” This isn’t just a tagline—it reflects a belief that every client deserves Mark’s meticulous attention to detail, his up-to-date knowledge of Montana’s real estate codes, and his dedication to getting things done well the first time.

Today’s buyers and sellers expect more than just a handshake—they want expertise, transparency, and seamless communication. Mark delivers on all fronts:

Whether you’re a lifelong Montanan or new to the state, Mark’s blend of traditional values and modern tools can help make your real estate journey smooth and informed.

Montana’s real estate market is dynamic, competitive, and full of opportunity—but only if you have the right guide. With Mark Twite, you gain not just an agent, but a partner whose family has helped shape Montana’s property landscape for generations. From land and ranches to homes and commercial investments, Mark’s passion, experience, and local expertise are likely to be valuable assets in your real estate journey, providing you with essential insights and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.
