Paul Davis Restoration of Northeast Texas Closes Gap

By Ethan Caldwell

Some restoration companies stop once the drying equipment comes out, leaving a homeowner to find a separate contractor for the rebuild. Paul Davis Restoration of Northeast Texas says closing that specific gap, rather than working around it, is what sets it apart in its market.

Built to Close the Gap, Not Work Around It

Owner Steven Remy points to a specific gap between emergency mitigation and full reconstruction. “We fill that void by being a true full-service provider. From the initial emergency response to the final build-back, we manage every phase of the job in-house,” he said. The company serves towns across Northeast Texas, including Farmersville.

One Company, One Point of Contact

Remy also describes the benefit to clients as “one point of contact, from start to finish.” Because the company manages every phase in-house, homeowners aren’t passed between separate vendors for mitigation and reconstruction.

Credentialed for the Work

The company holds IICRC Certified Firm status and is a Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor in the State of Texas, which it says gives clients confidence that it meets industry standards for safety, compliance, and technical expertise.

Alexandra V. described an excellent experience with the mold remediation team, saying Carlos, Jermiya, and Dacotah were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable from the first inspection to the final clearance. She said they explained the mold issue clearly, answered her questions, and made sure the problem was fully resolved rather than just covered up, working efficiently in a clean and contained work area.
