LUX Property Group Moves Entire Project Portfolio to Invitation-Only Sales Model

LUX Property Group has announced that all current and future property developments, including Nesara Bay City, will operate under a private, invitation-only sales model rather than being marketed to the general public.
The company said the decision reflects strong international demand for its developments and a strategic move to focus on long-term client relationships, approved referral networks, and qualified purchasers.
Under the new policy, participation in LUX Property Group projects will be limited to:
• Existing LUX Property Group clients;
• Approved referral partners and their approved clients;
• Selected developer clients approved by LUX Property Group;
• Direct referrals from approved clients; and
• Individuals who apply for an invitation to purchase and are subsequently approved.
LUX Property Group said applications will be assessed individually, with approval determined on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
The policy applies across the company’s expanding portfolio, including hospitality developments, luxury villas, apartments, hotels, wellness resorts, master-planned communities and large-scale projects such as Nesara Bay City.
A company spokesperson said the move is designed to preserve the private nature of the developments while providing priority access to existing clients and trusted referral networks.

The company also confirmed that certain projects are not intended for retail investors, including Australian retail investors, where applicable.
