Today we speak with Alessandra Shulgina — motivational speaker, meditation mentor, and bestselling author whose work has helped thousands of women worldwide reconnect with themselves and create lasting inner change.

–  Alessandra, on March 7 you are hosting a live seminar called Happy Woman in Miami. What is this seminar about?

Thank you for having me. Happy Woman is not a typical seminar and not a motivational talk. It’s a deep, structured inner experience designed to help women release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their natural state of happiness.

Over the course of 12 hours, I guide women through work with their past, present, and future. This is a powerful opportunity to pause, look inward honestly, recognize unconscious patterns, heal emotional wounds, and consciously create a new life direction.

– Is Happy Woman more about psychology or spirituality?

It’s a synthesis of both. I don’t separate psychology and spirituality — for me, they work best together.

This is not a lecture where you sit and listen. It’s an immersive, live experience that includes:

  • guided meditations
  • experiential practices
  • cognitive behavioral techniques
  • emotional processing
  • live personal coaching and case work
  • meaningful group interaction

Women don’t just gain information — they experience change physically, emotionally, and mentally.

– You begin the seminar by working with childhood. Why start there?

Because childhood is the foundation of adult life.

Most fears, emotional reactions, relationship patterns, money beliefs, and self-worth are formed early on.

In the first part of the seminar, I work with what I call the inner girl — the part of a woman that once lacked safety, love, validation, or support.

Together, I help women:

  • reconnect with the inner child
  • heal unresolved childhood experiences
  • address parental dynamics
  • explore generational and family patterns

This work is deep, but gentle.

I don’t reopen wounds for the sake of pain — I help women restore access to their inner strength and resilience.

– You also work with ancestry and generational patterns. What does that look like in practice?

Generational patterns are very real. They are beliefs, emotional responses, and life scripts passed down unconsciously.

Messages like:

“Just endure,” “Love equals pain,” “A woman must sacrifice,” “Put others first” —

often don’t originate with us personally.

During the seminar, I guide women to:

  • become aware of inherited beliefs
  • honor their lineage
  • consciously release patterns that no longer align with who they are

This process frees up a tremendous amount of emotional and creative energy.

– You guide four live meditations during the seminar. How are they different from typical ones?

These are not relaxation exercises.

They are deep, guided subconscious experiences.

Each meditation lasts about 45 minutes and has a clear focus — inner child healing, reconnecting with dreams and desires, ancestral integration, and inner alignment.

I also use breathwork and somatic elements.

This kind of experience cannot be replicated online or learned from a book.

– You mentioned cognitive behavioral work. How does that fit into the seminar?

In the second part of the seminar, I focus on a woman’s current reality.

I help participants explore:

  • the life rules they live by
  • the beliefs shaping their choices
  • the roots of jealousy, anger, anxiety, and emotional reactivity
  • why the same relationship or life patterns keep repeating

This is a highly practical section. Women share real stories, and I guide live, respectful, supportive coaching sessions in front of the group.

There is a lot of:

  • honest conversation
  • stepping beyond comfort zones
  • group support
  • and mindset-shifting insight

– Why is emotional work so important, not just goal-setting?

Because emotions drive behavior more than logic.

You can set goals, but unresolved fear, guilt, or anger will often sabotage progress.

I teach women how to:

  • process emotions in a healthy way
  • stop suppressing or ignoring them
  • respond instead of react
  • use emotions as information, not obstacles

This creates emotional stability, confidence, and inner strength.

– The last part focuses on the future. What happens there?

After working through the past and present, a woman creates inner space.

It’s essential not to leave that space empty, but to fill it intentionally.

In the final section, I work with conscious creation — not wishful thinking, but clarity and direction.

I invite women to explore questions such as:

  • What do I truly want — beyond expectations?
  • What kind of life feels fulfilling to me?
  • How do I envision my relationships, health, career, and environment?
  • What do I want to feel on a daily basis?

From there, I help translate insight into clear, realistic next steps.

It’s intuition, psychology, and structure working together.

– Many people are skeptical about “manifestation.” How do you explain it?

I often say: manifestation without awareness is fantasy.

And awareness without direction leads to stagnation.

I don’t ask women to simply visualize outcomes.

I work with the internal state from which they will act.

That state influences:

  • the decisions they make
  • the opportunities they notice
  • the boundaries they set
  • the relationships they choose

When a woman is clear about what she wants and why, life begins to align with that clarity.

That’s not mysticism — it’s psychology, neuroscience, and energy in action.

– Can this experience be recreated online?

The live format is essential.

Some processes require physical presence and shared energy.

When women gather in the same space, a strong field of trust and connection forms. Often, one woman’s story becomes a mirror for many others — and suddenly there is relief:

“I’m not alone. There’s nothing wrong with me.”

I guide participants through:

  • partner work
  • group sharing
  • guided expression
  • emotional processing in a safe environment

This depth creates real transformation.

– Isn’t live personal coaching in front of a group intimidating?

Yes — and that’s natural.

Fear is part of growth.

No one is ever forced to participate beyond their readiness.

But very often, stepping outside comfort becomes a turning point.

When a woman voices what she has carried inside for years, release happens.

And the group responds with empathy, not judgment.

– What do women leave with after 12 hours?

Most women say:

“I feel like I’ve come back to myself.”

They leave with:

  • mental clarity
  • emotional calm
  • self-trust
  • clearer desires and direction
  • reduced anxiety
  • stronger self-worth

This is not a temporary emotional high.

It’s a lasting internal recalibration that influences everyday life.

– Is this seminar about self-love?

Yes — but in a grounded way.

Self-love isn’t just self-care.

It’s:

  • honesty with yourself
  • listening to your needs
  • choosing yourself without guilt
  • staying connected to your emotions

That’s what I teach and practice.

– Why did you choose March 7 for the seminar?

Because March 8 is International Women’s Day.

I wanted women to enter that day already grounded, clear, and connected.

March 7 is a transition — a pause to ask:

“How am I really living?”

This seminar is a gift a woman gives herself — internal, lasting, meaningful.

So often, we wait for external circumstances to make us happy.

I invite women to take responsibility for their inner state.

– Who Is This Seminar For?

It’s for women who:

  • feel exhausted by living on autopilot
  • want deeper self-understanding
  • are ready to face their fears and desires honestly
  • seek real change, not surface inspiration
  • value strong, conscious community

Life stage doesn’t matter.

Readiness does.

– What is your mission through this work?

I believe a happy woman transforms not only her own life, but the world around her — through relationships, children, work, and presence.

I’ve personally walked the path from inner conflict and self-doubt to clarity and self-support.

My mission is to help women return to who they truly are — without masks or expectations.

– What would you say to women who are unsure about attending?

If you feel resonance, that’s your answer.

Not from me — from yourself.

Happy Woman isn’t about becoming “better.”

It’s about no longer being disconnected from yourself.

On March 7 in Miami, I’m creating a space where women can remember who they are, what they want, and how they want to live.
