Bali, Indonesia — October 2026 — New progress photographs from Resort K and LUX Village offer a fresh look at the development as its architecture, poolside spaces and tropical landscaping continue to come together.
The latest images present a noticeably more complete vision of the project. A distinctive multi-level building now showcases sweeping curved balconies, large windows, warm timber-style ceilings and natural-toned railings, creating a contemporary architectural identity designed to complement Bali’s tropical surroundings.
Architecture Designed Around the Bali Lifestyle
One of the most eye-catching elements is the building’s flowing architectural form. The curved balconies extend across multiple levels, giving the property a distinctive profile while creating generous outdoor areas.
At ground level, large glass doors open toward the pool and landscaped surroundings, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor connection that has become an important part of modern Bali hospitality.
The combination of bright white architecture, natural materials, greenery and blue water creates a relaxed visual character while maintaining a contemporary feel.
Poolside Spaces Begin to Take Shape
The latest photographs also show significant progress around the outdoor areas.
Tropical planting has been introduced along the poolside, while loungers and outdoor seating are beginning to establish the atmosphere of a boutique resort. These details help demonstrate how the development is moving beyond structural construction and toward a more complete hospitality environment.
Rather than simply viewing the project as a collection of buildings, the new images provide a glimpse of how guests could experience the spaces once the remaining works are completed.
LUX Village Continues Its Transformation
The progress at Resort K forms part of the wider development vision associated with LUX Village, where contemporary accommodation and resort-style surroundings are being brought together.
The photographs show that some areas remain under active construction, including surrounding structures and finishing works. At the same time, completed façades, balconies, landscaping and pool areas demonstrate the visible transformation already taking place.
For Jamie McIntyre, continued progress on projects such as Resort K and LUX Village provides an opportunity to showcase how the development is evolving from plans and construction into a tangible destination.
A Visual Milestone for the Project
Construction progress is often best understood through what can actually be seen on site. The newest photographs provide that perspective: a modern Bali property with distinctive curves, tropical landscaping, poolside spaces and an increasingly finished exterior.

As work continues, further landscaping, finishing and surrounding development are expected to add to the overall character of the project.
Resort K and LUX Village are therefore entering an increasingly visible stage of their development — with the architecture now beginning to tell the story of the destination itself.
