Is Erin Carr the Next Face of the American Dream?

In Los Angeles, ambition is everywhere, but honesty about it is rare. Many people soften what they want, reshaping their goals into something more acceptable, more digestible.

Erin Carr doesn’t.

“I’m happy to say it, I want success, I want wealth, and I think as women we should be okay admitting that. Times have changed, and women are some of the best at building and running successful businesses. I hope I’m in that bracket of success soon.”

That clarity isn’t just talk; it’s the foundation of everything she’s built.

Through LA Glam Co and Glow & Go, Erin hasn’t created just brands; she’s built a structured vision of beauty that evolves with the customer. Each company represents a different stage of life, connected by one core idea: confidence is built over time, not applied overnight.

LA Glam Co speaks to the modern woman, typically in her 20s to mid-30s, who values routine, wellness, and refinement. It reflects the aesthetic that defines much of Los Angeles today: clean, elevated, and effortless. Think glowing skin, soft glam, and beauty that integrates into daily life rather than existing for special occasions. It’s not about transformation, it’s about precision and polish.

Glow & Go, by contrast, is where that journey begins.

Created for tweens and teens, it introduces beauty in a way that feels light, approachable, and age-appropriate. There’s no pressure to overdo it, just simple, fresh products designed to build confidence early.

“I built Glow & Go for the girl just starting out, and LA Glam Co for the everyday woman.”

Together, the brands form a continuum, one that reflects a deeper understanding of how identity, routine, and confidence develop over time.

But behind the clean aesthetic and brand clarity is something far less visible: execution.

“There’s nothing glamorous about building a business. It’s long days, pressure, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.”

In a city built on image, Erin is focused on what most people overlook: the operational side of success.

“People love the idea of being a boss, but they don’t understand the level of consistency it actually takes.”

For her, growth hasn’t come from chasing more; it’s come from refining what already works. Tightening systems. Improving execution. Repeating the right actions until they compound.

That discipline is already paying off. Both LA Glam Co and Glow & Go continue to grow steadily, marking a meaningful step in Erin’s long-term vision. The structure behind the brands is working, with consistency translating into sustained momentum.

“Scaling isn’t about doing more, it’s about being sharper with what you already do.”

“Hustle will get you started, but structure is what actually builds a business.”

“If you’re not consistent, you don’t have a business, you have phases.”

That shift from effort to systems has been central to building something sustainable. Discipline, process, and clarity have become just as important as creativity.

What also sets Erin apart is her refusal to dilute her ambition. In a space where women are often encouraged to downplay success or make it more palatable, she takes a different stance.

“I don’t work this hard to not have success in my life or to not be able to enjoy nice things.”

Her definition of success goes beyond business metrics; it’s about the life that business makes possible.

“I work hard to build a successful business that I genuinely love, but also to create a life I can enjoy and live fully. That comes from my work, that comes from me.”

When she talks about wealth, it’s not abstract; it’s personal.

“For me, wealth is knowing my hard work is paying off. It’s being able to look at what I’ve built and feel proud of myself before anyone else does, and to know that what I’m doing is working.”

It’s also practical.

“People say money isn’t everything, and it’s not, but it definitely helps. It gives you options, takes away stress, and allows you to move differently. The life I’m building would be bloody hard without it,” she says with a laugh.

And ultimately, it’s relational.

“I want to be able to enjoy what I’ve built with my husband and the family we’re going to create, my extended loved ones, and know that everything I’ve put into this is worth it.”

As both brands continue to grow, Erin’s focus remains the same, not just expansion, but sustainability. Much of that, she credits to alignment within her team.

“A great team. They keep me on track. We all want the same goal, and having that alignment is really special.”

In the end, LA Glam Co and Glow & Go aren’t just reflections of a beauty trend; they’re the result of disciplined execution, clear vision, and a willingness to say the quiet part out loud.

Because Erin Carr’s version of the American Dream isn’t built on aesthetics or aspiration alone.

It’s built on structure, consistency, and the decision to own exactly what you want.

Interviewing Erin offered a clear perspective on what modern success actually requires. Beyond the branding and aesthetics, her approach is rooted in discipline and precision, something often overlooked but essential. It’s a reminder that real success isn’t accidental, it’s built.
